Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered. If it’s not quite right, no problem.

Unworn, unused items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and, when applicable, include the original tags and packaging.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@loveoneanother.co with your order number and we’ll help you from there.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or we sent you the wrong item, let us know and we’ll make it right.

Return shipping: Ship us back your product and we'll happily ship you a replacement (Free of charge) or credit your original form of payment.
