Shipping Policy

We want getting your LOA order to be the easy part.
Where We Ship
Right now, we ship within the United States only.
We’re starting here and may expand to additional countries down the road.
Processing Time
Most orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During launches, promotions, holidays, or unusually busy periods, processing may take a little longer. If something causes a significant delay, we’ll let you know.
Shipping Options
Our current shipping options are:
Standard Shipping — $9
Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
Express Shipping — $16
Estimated delivery is typically 1–3 business days after shipment.
Free Standard Shipping — Orders $85+
Orders with an eligible subtotal of $85 or more receive free Standard shipping.
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Once a package is with the carrier, weather, holidays, carrier delays, and other things outside our control can occasionally slow it down.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking can sometimes take a little while to update after the carrier first receives the package.
Address Changes
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
If you catch a mistake, email info@loveoneanother.co as quickly as possible. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to fix it.
Once an order has been handed off to the carrier, we may not be able to reroute it.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking hasn’t moved for an unusual amount of time or your package appears to be lost, contact us and we’ll help figure out what happened.
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you can’t find it, we recommend checking with:
- other members of your household,
- neighbors,
- your building or front desk,
- and the carrier directly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, send us an email with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll make it right.
